Elect Petra Kuret

Vancouver-Quilchena

Choose a Better B.C.

On October 24, send a message and choose a better B.C. Elect Petra Kuret.

A new Vision for British Columbia

TruE north strong and free. It is that simple and yet that complex.

We are at the center of a perfect storm: a trade war, threat to our sovereignty and Canadian values, the climate crisis, cost of living pressures, and weak economic growth. I can’t sit on the sidelines.

I am “all in” to fight for British Columbians.  We all are.

Why am I running?

I’m running to be your MLA for Vancouver-Quilchena because B.C. can do so much better with experienced leaders who want everyone to succeed.

Like you, I want B.C. and our community to reach its full potential. Our people, diversity, natural beauty, abundant resources and geography as the gateway to Asia-Pacific markets can build lasting prosperity for our children.

Right now, the trade war, climate crisis, high cost of living and a weak economy have brought fear and uncertainty. This is a moment when the provincial legislature must rise to the challenge and the face the future with courage and collaboration. Unfortunately, we have only heard from extreme parties, both with failed records. B.C. is at its best when we work together and meet at the centre.

I’m not going to sit on the sidelines. Through my experience as a business leader and long-time community volunteer, I know exactly how we can do better and get results. The first step is to work together and reject divisive polarization.

I’m running to build an economy that creates good jobs and protects our future. This is the only way we can afford the health care, schools, environmental protections and social programs we value.

I have made the choice to bring my experience and passion to public service.

You get to make your choice about the future of Vancouver-Quilchena and B.C. on October 24.
